啓北商業高校には2名のALTが配属されています。

それでは、二人の紹介Q&A方式でやってみます。

Q.1  Where are you from ?

 (Josh): I am from Sydney. My family lives in a town called Kellyville which is about 45 minutes drive from Sydney city center. Kellyville is a big suburban town with many family homes, parks and schools.

 (Kait) : I am from Sheboygan, Wisconsin U.S.A. Wisconsin gets very cold in the winter, like Sapporo.

　Yet, during the summer we also get very hot and humid.

 

  

 Q.2  Where do you want to go in Hokkaido or in Japan?
 (Josh) : I have been to many places in Hokkaido but I haven’t seen many places in broader Japan. This year I hope to travel to Okinawa and Hiroshima to experience the south west of Japan.

 (Kait) : I want to go visit many of the beaches all over Japan, because I love the ocean. I also want to visit an onsen, especially during the winter to see the mountains covered in snow.

 


Q3: What is your hobby or sport?
  (Josh) : Since moving to Japan I have started enjoying photography. I like to wander Sapporo and try to capture unique and artistic photos to upload to Instagram.

  (Kait) : I really enjoy swimming. I am looking forward to watching the swim events during the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
 

    

 

Q7: Message to Keihoku students, please.
 (Josh) : My message to Keihoku students is to take opportunities and strive to experience new things. The world is a big place filled with many rewarding experiences that you should seek out. Let your education guide you towards a future that you can be proud of and enjoy yourself along the way. Don’t work too hard and don’t work too little. Find a balance that will make you happy and prepare you for a fulfilling future.
 

 (Kait) : My message to the students of Keihoku High School is to enjoy life at every opportunity. Take time to do things you find relaxing, exciting, or even scary. I am so happy to have  the opportunity to be working with such wonderful students.
