Notice Regarding Changes to Staff Email Addresses

Due to changes to the Sapporo City Board of Education system, the email addresses used by our faculty and staff will be changed.

Old Email Addresses Messages sent to old email addresses will no longer be received after March 20, 2026.
New Email Addresses The new email system will begin operation on March 21, 2026.
Email Forwarding Emails sent to old addresses will not be automatically forwarded to the new addresses.

If you need to contact a faculty or staff member and do not know their new email address, please contact the school by telephone.
